I've had many Once-in-a-Lifetime experiences over the last 7 years in EO.  My most memorable was when I chaired GLC in Washington, DC in 2005.  Chairing the conference in inself was amazing, but interviewing Jack Welch put the experience over the top for me.  I also was able to spend some personal time with Jack and he was extremely gracious and candid.  Shortly after returning back to my office, I received a hand written note from him thanking me for my time......are you kidding me!!!!
