Missing people part 2.
I know you are all stressed out with the disappearance of the receptionist. Well the latest news is the new owner has spoken to the friend of the said receptionist and it seems she is now healthy but nobody is sure why she just doesn’t show up for work anymore.
Now we are missing another individual but not a receptionist…
It’s the town Carnival at my place. If you are from anywhere hot, you are thinking the town fair with clowns, rides and the inevitable rip-off games. Well we live up north (i.e. -20 Celsius tonight) and the winter Carnival has the same atmosphere and also has a mascot called the ‘Bonhomme Carnaval’ . The Bonhomme is quite the hit with the kids and they hold a annual ‘skate with the bonhomme’… Well who didn’t show up… You got it! My daughter was so pumped she was meeting him again that she took out pictures of him and her when he passed by her daycare last year.
All of us were skating around waiting for the Bonhomme and he didn’t show up… Well he eventually did after the skate was done…in the lobby of the Arena. My daughter went up to him with the picture and he hugged and kissed her… Yep best moment of day
Seems the guy who was supposed to do the Bonhomme didn’t feel like it and they had to rush in a replacement… This guy obviously has no kids!
Hmm missing people part 3 will be myself as I am heading to Banff and New York for a week. A mix of pleasure and business… more about this later!
